Event Details

On 24 September, we’ll host a special reception with Inland Fisheries to celebrate the launch of the 1902 Cork Collection of Salmon Flies. We’ll display nearly 100 flies from the Delphi, Connemara, and Galway portions of the collection

Guest speaker Peter Kealey tell us all about the Inland Fisheries’ book project, and tie a River Erriff “Thunder & Lightening II” along with anyone who wants to try!

A canapé reception will begin at 4:00 p.m. with Peter’s talk at 5:30.

Reception tickets are €20 and currently only available by calling the Lodge at +353 95 42222.

The Atlantic Salmon (“Bradán” in Gaelic), is a native Irish fish. Most rivers get a run of salmon from Spring until Autumn. Salmon can be caught in Irish waters from January through to October.

Join artist Dora Keogh in residence at Delphi Lodge for a four night painting holiday 2-6 November. 

“Absolute Beginner Workshop” guests will enjoy experimenting with watercolour and Dora’s instruction, while more advanced guests are welcome to work in the medium of their choice. Bring your own materials, or we are able to arrange supply kits for beginners and experienced painters alike.
