Delphi Fishery LTD and the companies in our group (we) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

The new data protection legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (the “GDPR”), is effective from 25th May 2018. This new legal framework builds upon existing legislation and introduces new and enhanced obligations and responsibilities upon all companies who hold or use personal information inside the European Union and/or use such information for a European citizen. We have updated our policies to reflect the new conditions.
